In the past I've had bad experiences with customer service and not getting refunds due to drivers taking extra long routes or saying they can't find you and charging a cancelation fee. This was in 2018 when I rated it 2 stars. I'm increasing this review to 4 stars from 2 because I haven't had a major issue in 5 years and their reporting is good for exporting your transactions for tax time.

Was good. Since the last update chooses a driver on another run or too far away and then randomly drops drivers and finds another one, wasting time. The AI is obviously not working since the last update. The drivers obviously have problems with the poor route selection on the mapping system. There is no customer service to speak of and no way to flag problems such a certain drivers who continually fail to find their way despite being messaged with clear instructions. Drivers with 50+ IQ needed

This app frequently sends spam via Android notifications, and does not allow disabling them, other than disabling all of its notifications. Separately, the website is completely unusable, which is unfortunate because when I'm at the computer and want to look at my ride history or just add a tip, the last thing I'm going to do is go searching for my phone. It seems the developers are not even thinking about what they're doing anymore.
